El Hadji Diouf is set to remain with Blackburn Rovers.
The controversial attacker has been interesting West Ham United.
Rovers have made it clear that they would want a fee and Steve Kean has said that he is no rush to sell Diouf - with the player happy to stay at Ewood Park.
Asked about West Ham's interest, Diouf's agent Willie McKay told the Lancashire Telegraph: "I think that's dead and buried now because Blackburn want a fee for him.
"I think he will be staying at Blackburn."
