The agent of Alvaro Pereira has played down rumours linking the Inter Milan fullback with Tottenham.

The Uruguay international is being linked with a January move to Spurs.

Flavio Perchman told calciomercato.it: "We are in September and his only thought is to train well and climb positions in the hierarchies of the coach.
