The agent of Manchester City midfielder Javi Garcia has ruled out a move to Benfica.
The Spaniard is being put up for sale by City due to the Premier League's foreign quota laws.
"No, it's absolutely not true that he's going to Benfica," declared Manuel Garcia Quilon.
Javi Garcia is also being linked with Atletico Madrid.
The defensive utility has played 76 games over two seasons at City.
