The agent of Kevin de Bruyne insists he can make it at Chelsea.

De Bruyne joined Chelsea in January before being loaned back to RacingGenk for the remainder of the season.

There are concerns De Bruyne will suffer similarly to Romelu Lukaku at Chelsea, where the latter has struggled for minutes.

But Patrick De Koster said: "Kevin has more chance of playing time at Chelsea than Lukaku.

"De Bruyne can be played in different positions. Moreover, he can play on the left and right.

"He'll go to the USA with Chelsea on preseason and only after that will a decision be made about whether he stays or goes out on-loan."
