The agent of Julio Baptista insists the Roma midfielder will not leave in January.

The Brazilian has been frozen out in recent weeks by coach Claudio Ranieri.

"They are decisions which belong to Roma. I do not know if he falls inside the project of the club. I can definitely say that he will not leave Roma in January and that Julio wants to stay here," said Herminio Menendez.
