The Italian agent of FC Copenhagen striker Andreas Cornelius has revealed Manchester United have failed with a bid for the Dane. The centre-forward has been watched extensively by Arsenal, however Stefano Salvini says United made an offer for him.
He told TMW: "I read that the cost of the transfer is around €5 million, but I believe that the assessment of Copenhagen is much higher. The Danish club is rich and does not need to sell.
"I think at least €10 million, in the past even Manchester United made an important offer, but the deal was not closed."
Can Cornelius make it in England? Would he be good enough for United or Arsenal? Give us your shout below...
