The agent of Giuseppe Rossi has poured cold water on the prospect of a return to Italy for the Villarreal striker.

Federico Pastorello said: "It's that time again.

"But I would like to say that in terms of returning to Italy, I do not think we have a chance to begin negotiations that would turn out well.

"I do not think that in Italy there is a team that can meet his asking price."
