The agent of PSG captain Thiago Silva has played down talk of a return to AC Milan.

It's been claimed talks over a new contract have stalled.

“When the contract of a player like Thiago Silva is approaching expiry, it's normal that there's transfer speculation," Paulo Tonietto told calciomercato.it.

“As of today though, there has been no contact with Milan. A renewal? Right now there's nothing on that front."
