Italian agent Paolo Palermo believes Napoli could still sell Edinson Cavani this summer. Cavani is wanted by Chelsea and Manchester City, but not at Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis' current £78 million asking price.

However, Palermo told TMW: "Will De Laurentiis be able to resist offers for Cavani? It's difficult, I think that this is the direction and I say this as a fan of Napoli: If relevant offers arrive that can fill the coffers, the operation will be happen.
