The agent of Manchester United whiz Federico Macheda expects a long-term contract offer to arrive in the summer.

The striker's agent Giovanni Bia said: "I think United will ask us to sign a five-year deal - that would be logical because it makes no sense to lose a lad at 21."

Macheda, who earns just £65,000 A YEAR, has hit two winners in two sub outings. The Italian turns 18 in August.
