The agent of Flamengo midfielder Mattheus has confirmed a move to Juventus is all but closed.

Mattheus is set to move to Juve for a fee of €1.5 million.

"It is all OK," Vantuil Goncalves is quoted as saying in Lancenet. "The last few details have been agreed upon.

"We just need one document to formalise everything, but the fee and the length of the contract have already been defined.

"As soon as this document arrives then Mattheus will travel to Italy for his medical."
