The agent of Botafogo left-back Bruno Cortes has confirmed contact with a Premier League club.
Chelsea are chasing the new Brazil international ahead of the January market.
Cortes' agent, Flavio Trivella, told Calciomercato.com: "I had contact from an English club, but I cannot say the name.
"However, it is one of the many teams interested in Cortes."
