Barcelona have failed with an offer for Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi.
Rossi's agent confirmed the bid was rejected yesterday.
"We don't not know the figure of the proposal, but we know it is insufficient for the expectations of Villarreal," Andrea Pastorello explained to ONA FM.
"We have been waiting for answers for some days, but nothing yet, and we cannot do anything else."
