The agent of Stuttgart striker Cacau has confirmed he is leaving the club in the summer.

Cacau has been linked with Bolton Wanderers, Blackburn Rovers and AC Milan this week.

His agent, Omar Oliveira, told calciomercato.com: "It is no longer a mystery that in June the boy will leave Stuttgart, but he may not necessarily leave Germany.

"Talk of Italy? Ask the Italian agent of the boy, I will not comment."
