The agent of Douglas Maicon admits the Inter Milan fullback is attracting interest from across Europe. "Douglas is one of the most sought after players in the world," representative Antonio Caliendo told Controcampo.

"That is inevitable given his potential. I haven't seen other players like him around.

"It is evident that there is strong interest in him and a lot of teams dream of signing him, but I can't talk about a price because he still has a long contract with Inter."
