Agent claims no truth in Milan's Motta moving to Arsenal

Thiago Motta has no intention of leaving Inter Milan for Arsenal this summer, according to the player's agent. "I believe his future is at Inter," Motta's agent Alessandro Canovi told Corriere dello Sport.

"He wants to stay here, he still has two years left in his contract and has never requested to leave.

"Until stated otherwise, he will remain at Inter."

The Italy international joined Inter in the summer of 2009 from Genoa and played an important role in the club winning a Serie A, Coppa Italia and Champions League treble.

The 29 year old could regain his starting place at Inter this season since he will be working again under new coach Gian Piero Gasperini.

"Gasperini has arrived and he is a fan of Motta, with whom he has done always well," said Canovi.
