Deportivo La Coruna midfielder and Colombia international Abel Aguilar is attracting interest from England, according to his UK representative. Jonathan Hope told Sky Sports: "Abel Aguilar has been made available due to circumstances of finances at the club.

"Aguilar is at the top of his game - Colombian captain and the driving force of the international set-up.

"We have spoken to several clubs in the Premier League who have confirmed definitive interest. There will be a small fee for the player but nothing obscene for Premier League or Championship clubs.

"What an exciting opportunity for a club to grab an unreal talent.

"We have interest in China also.

"This player will be one of the best signings of the 2013/14 season. We will weigh up all the offers and let the player decide where his heart is."
