The agent of Chelsea youngster Gael Kakuta is trying to keep a low profile after FIFA handed down their transfer ban last week.

Boli said: "I have been advised by my lawyers not to speak to you. I have had numerous calls but I am not in a position to say anything."

Two of Boli's sons were in the Lens academy and both were thrown out when the extent of their involvement in the Kakuta deal became clear. Boli , a former Walsall and Bournemouth player, is a business partner of agent Willie McKay.

McKay had nothing to do with the deal.
