The agent of Kevin de Bruyne insists Chelsea will not sell the Belgian.
The winger has been outstanding on-loan at Werder Bremen this season.
"Chelsea will not sell Kevin. They want to send him out on loan again. Several clubs from the Bundesliga are interested in him, like Leverkusen, Dortmund and Schalke," Patrick de Koster told Welt.
