The agent of Napoli star Edinson Cavani admits they cannot afford to ignore big club offers.

Claudio Anellucci has repeatedly hinted that Cavani could well move on to a bigger international club in future, with Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City all mentioned.

"If an offer were to arrive, then Napoli would evaluate them. I don't like talking about the transfer market right now, though...," he said.
