Agent cannot rule out Napoli exit for Cavani

The agent of Napoli star Edinson Cavani admits they cannot afford to ignore big club offers.

Claudio Anellucci has repeatedly hinted that Cavani could well move on to a bigger international club in future, with Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City all mentioned.

“If an offer were to arrive, then Napoli would evaluate them. I don’t like talking about the transfer market right now, though...,” he said.
