Edin Dzeko is considering his future at Manchester City.
The Bosnia striker's agent, Irfan Redzepagic, speaking with Fanatik, could not rule out a summer move from City.
"It's an option," revealed Redzepagic, who admitted Dzeko had concerns over the lack of football he has seen this season under manager Manuel Pellegrini.
The agent confirmed talks with Inter Milan last month, but insisted Dzeko would only leave for a Champions League club.
Dzeko is tied to City until 2018.
