The agent of Mario Balotelli says he knew moving to AC Milan would be his "last chance".
The striker has been a revelation since his January switch from Manchester City.
"Balotelli is doing what is his duty, it is normal that he would do so, otherwise it would have been a disappointment," said Mino Raiola.
"Mario does not run away from responsibility, he's not afraid. He strongly wanted to come here, Milan was his dream. He understood that this was the last chance to make a turning point in his career.
"Balotelli is very pleased with the relationship he has with Allegri: the coach gives him great confidence and Mario is repaying that, although I am convinced he will do much better, he is a player who can win the Ballon d'Or."
