Spartak Moscow winger Aiden McGeady is keen on a move to England.
McGeady has also been regularly linked with a move to the Premier League in the past, with the likes of Aston Villa and Sunderland mooted as admirers.
The 26-year-old's representative, Jan Dreyer, is not surprised there is interest from England and is waiting to see if anything develops into a firm bid.
"There has been interest in Aiden from English clubs going right back to when he played for Celtic, so it's nothing new," said Dreyer in the Daily Record.
"Now Aiden is doing well in the Russian Premier League and is about to play in the Champions League, so that will only add to interest in him.
"If Spartak received a serious offer, Aiden would definitely consider it."
