The agent of Wigan Athletic winger Victor Moses has warned suitors not to dither.

Moses' agent admits QPR boss Mark Hughes is interested in the Wigan star.

Tony Finnigan said: "The manager likes him but it's up to them to make an offer."

Winger Moses, 21, joined from Crystal Palace for £2.5million in 2010.
