The agent of Lazio midfielder Gaby Mudingayi admits the Belgian could be on his way in the summer.

"Mudingayi hasn't played much this season," Carlo Pallavicino said on Radio Spazio Aperto. "He is a lad who is suffering from lots of competition and he doesn't see prospects at Lazio.

"He could use FIFA Article 17 to free himself from his contract, but he won't. He has an excellent relationship with Lotito and even when he was injured the Biancocelesti patron accompanied him into the operating theatre.

"If an offer arrives, we will look at it and then go directly to Lotito. Last year a proposal came, but Lotito wanted £7m, which was a bit too much. The player's real value is around £5m."
