Standard Liege were beaten by Blackburn Rovers for Swedish midfielder Marcus Olsson.

Olsson joined twin brother Martin Olsson at Ewood Park in the final days of last month's winter market.

"Two clubs from Serie A and Standard Liege wanted him," revealed agent Hasan Cetinkaya to Aftonbladet. "But it was his dream to play in the Premier League in the same side of his brother."
