The agent of Genoa defender Mario Sampirisi has confirmed the interest of Premier League clubs.

Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United all had scouts posted to see Sampirisi in action against AC Milan on the weekend.

Beppe Riso told TMW: "It is true, but also there's Italian teams. I am not surprised that the Premier League has their eye on him, he has the typical physicality that British teams like."
