The agent of Barcelona midfielder Yaya Toure is finalising a move to Manchester City today.
RAC-1 says Dimitri Seluk has already struck personal terms with City and will today discuss a fee with Barca sports director Txiki Begiristain.
Seluk says Barca are seeking €24 million from City for Toure and added last night: "Barca also have interest from Manchester United and Chelsea."
