The agent of Zenit St Petersburg striker Hulk has opened the door to a move to England. Hulk, linked with Chelsea and Manchester City, floated the prospect earlier this week.
Teodoro Fonseca told TMW: "Hard to say now, the market is closed for major European leagues. Nevertheless, there are several solutions for the future.
"We need a great offer to take him from Zenit, the finances needed are difficult to see in Italy, but it must be said that the Premier League is a great league from the technical point of view and has fascinated Hulk. In England and Germany they have more money to invest in football."
