The agent of Antoine Sibierski admits the Wigan striker could be on his way.

Willie McKay said: "Antoine was looking for another year on top of the 12 months he has left at Wigan, but it seems he will move on.

"I have spoken to John Benson and he told me that as Antoine has been a good servant to the club, they could let him leave on a free transfer.

"Anyone who needs to know about Antoine just needs to speak to people at Wigan, Newcastle or Manchester City.

"He is a top-quality professional and he was one of the fittest players at Wigan last season.

"Antoine still believes he has three or four years left in him and there is sure to be no shortage of offers for him."
