The agent of Jorginho admits he could be on the move from Napoli this summer.

The midfielder is in co-ownership with Hellas Verona and has struggled for regular first team action this season.

Joao Santon told MilanNews.it: "With Milan currently there is nothing. The Rossoneri had spoken directly to Verona some time ago, but it was not playing a real and proper negotiation.

"The co-ownership between Napoli and Verona is about to expire.

"If in June Napoli does not re-sign him, it would reopen the market around the player."
