The agent of Palermo striker Abel Hernandez has confirmed interest from foreign clubs.
A number of clubs in the Italian top flight, including Parma, are reported to be keen - but Paolo Di Cano's Sunderland are also said to be taking a close look.
"Abel has admirers in Italy, but also in England," Pablo Betancourt told Calciomercato.
"But I want to clarify the situation. I have tremendous respect for [Palermo president Maurizio] Zamparini and he will decide the future of the boy.
"Now Abel is busy with his national team in the Confederations Cup and he hopes to play and do well, which could open up other options for him."
