The agent of Sevilla midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia has confirmed interest from Premier League clubs.
Manchester City and Arsenal have been linked with the France U21 international.
"Behind Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and two English clubs, there is PSG. I myself have proposed Kondogbia to PSG, but they're only interested if they are a great player," said Oscar Damiani.
