Tullio Tinti declared: "If he were on the market, the biggest teams would try to sign him. There is too big a gap with the other big Milan players, all the players must be treated more or less equal."

Tinti has already met with Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani in the last week to discuss a new deal. Meanwhile, it's also emerged that Massimo Ambrosini is set to be rewarded with a new contract.
