The agent of Paolo Cannavaro has cast doubt over his future at Napoli.

The defender has found himself sidelined this season.

"We're hoping that something can change with the New Year," Gaetano Fedele told Radio Kiss Kiss on Wednesday.

"Paolo is still hopeful that he can find some space in the side, but if nothing changes then we'll speak with the club in a bid to find a solution that satisfies everybody."
