The agent of Napoli striker Emanuele Calaio admits he could be on his way in the summer.

Alessandro Moggi said: "Emanuele is a serious professional and he must determine what works best for his career. If he were to leave Napoli it will not be due to personal friction with (coach) Edy Reja.

"He is a young striker who needs to find his space."
