The agent of Hamburg winger Eljero Elia admits the Dutchman could be on the move this summer.

Elia only moved to Hamburg last summer, but is being followed by the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham.

Aware of the interest, Elia's agent, Klaus Vink, told Voetbal International: "We are aware that Eljero is followed by a large number of clubs.

"That's just fine, it gives an indication that he performs well."
