Agent Franco Zavaglia can't see AC Milan selling Stephan El Shaarawy to a direct rival.

The striker is interesting Napoli, along with Manchester City.

But Zavaglia told TMW: "El Shaarawy to Napoli? I do not think that Milan will seek to reinforce a direct rival for the title, also the money which Milan is asking is a lot."
