Gabby Agbonlahor says Aston Villa can match the success of Manchester United.

Agbonlahor said: "If you look at Manchester United back in those days, they had the likes of Scholes, Beckham, Butt, Giggs and the Nevilles who were all young and British. And when they gained more experience, look how far they went.

"They were simply the best team in England, if not the world. If we can continue to progress in a similar manner then I see no reason why we can't go on and be just as successful as they were."
