Agard targets Everton breakthrough

Former Arsenal trainee Kieran Agard hopes to make a Premiership breakthrough at Everton next season.

The young striker told evertonTV: "It's been a long season and now I can just get my head down and focus on next season with the Reserves.

"I played with Jack at the beginning of the season and he set me up for a few goals as well - so hopefully now I can work hard for the reserves and maybe make that step up."

The Keith Tamlin award is given to a player who has contributed in all aspects at the club - this includes being a role model both on and off the pitch.

The striker continued: "It was great to get the award.

"I think that my hard work and training for matches has earned me it.

"I get a few of the lads coming and asking for a bit of help in training so I'm always happy to give it to them."
