After Juan, Inter Milan chief Branca goes for more Brazilian talent
Inter Milan chief Marco Branca enjoyed a successful trip to Brazil last week.
Not only did Branca close a deal for Internacional defender Juan Jesus, but he also held a new round of talks with Sao Paulo for midfielder Lucas.
Mediaset says Branca was encouraged after the meeting, with Sao Paulo assuring him a deal could be done after the London Olympics this year.
Lucas' arrival has already been endorsed by Inter defender Lucio, who said: "Between Neymar and Lucas, I would take Lucas everytime."
Branca also registered Inter's interest with Vasco da Gama for Romulo, Internacional for Oscar and Gremio for Fernando during his stay.

But how many goals had we conceeded last year compared to this and how many games had we lost...? Yes, I agree we need to score more but at the same time this time last year we were in the bottom half of the table. Takes time to rebuild... Look at Man City last year compared to this year!
