West Brom are ready to go back to Hull City after closing a deal for James Chester.
The Daily Star says West Brom boss Tony Pulis is now ready to launch a £3m bid for wing-back Ahmed Elmohamady and battle Premier League rivals Stoke, West Ham, Newcastle and Watford for the Egypt international's signature.
Elmohamady, who is also a target for La Liga outfit Seville, wants to stay in the top flight and looks set to join the exodus of top stars from the KC Stadium since the club's relegation in May.
Wales international Chester, 26, became the third big name to quit the Yorkshire outfit this summer, following Tom Ince and Robbie Brady through the exit door.
