MK Dons striker Benik Afobe has offered advice to his Arsenal teammates over how to beat Manchester United.
Afobe, on loan at MK Dons, scored a double against United in the Capital One Cup in August embarrassing Louis van Gaal on his third game in charge of the Old Trafford club.
"When I came on I thought to myself, 'wait a minute, there's a chance of me getting on the scoresheet today', and then I scored with my first touch," he said.
"It was a great feeling, especially to do it on TV against a Premier League team. You build on it and get more confident as the game goes on.
"I couldn't believe my second goal went in. Someone had to pinch me because it felt like I was in Heaven at the time.
"Jonny Evans came across to tackle me and I tried to put it through his legs, got a lucky bounce, ricocheted through two players and then finished with my left foot past De Gea.
"It shows how confident I was to score with my left foot and when I picture it in my head now I still get chills. It's the best feeling I've ever had in football."
