AEK Athens are chasing Atletico Madrid defender Federico Azcarate.
The Argentine saw little first team action last season and is wanted at AEK by their Spanish coach Lorenzo Serra Ferrer.
Meanwhile, Azcarate's Atletico teammate and countryman Luciano Galletti is a target for AEK's Greek rivals Olympiakos.
