Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini is facing a row with Belgium boss Dick Advocaat.

The Sunday Mirror says Fellaini is on a collision course with Belgium national coach Dick Advocaat, who is angry that the 21-year-old plans to miss Wednesday's World Cup qualifier in Estonia as he recovers from surgery.

The midfielder is finally due to have his troublesome wisdom teeth removed tomorrow after living with the pain for three months.
