Adrien Silva has been cleared to train with Leicester City.
The Leicester Mercury says Silva was free to train with his Leicester City team-mates for the first time today.
Sporting CP midfielder Silva had been unable to train with City while the club contested FIFA's decision to withhold his registration.
He could play in any behind-closed-doors friendlies arranged to improve his match fitness.
City are paying Silva's wages and he is a Leicester City player - there is no question of the club trying to cancel the deal and return the player to Sporting Lisbon.
