Adrien Silva is being blocked from training with Leicester City.
The Leicester Mercury says Silva has been left in limbo by FIFA's decision to withhold his registration.
The Portugal international can't even train with City as he is ineligible after FIFA decided not to grant an International Transfer Certificate.
This is because City missed the deadline to submit the transfer details of his £22 million deal by 14 seconds.
Silva is in Leicester and is expected to be in the crowd watching his new team-mates take on Chelsea today.
But so far he has been left to train with his brother Jeremy Da Silva, a fitness and conditioning coach.
