Adriano is close to an exit from Inter Milan.

Last night, the first round of talks between the player's agent and Inter directors concluded with it all but agreed the Brazilian would be leaving the club in January.

Gilmar Rinaldi met with Inter vice-president Rinaldo Ghelfi and director Marco Branca in the late afternoon and while nothing was concretely agreed, those close to both camps say Adriano's days at the Nerazzurro are numbered.

The one point Inter were keen to make clear was their reluctance to see Adriano join a Serie A rival this season.
