Premiership clubs are being linked with released Inter Milan striker Adriano.

The Daily Mail says Adriano will be offered the chance to revive his career with Rio de Janeiro club Flamengo.

Friends of the 27-year-old previously indicated he would prefer a lucrative move to England than playing in his homeland.

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp took a look at the prolific goalscorer in January and Manchester City have also expressed an interest over the last year, though many would now consider it too much of a gamble to sign Adriano.
